Shipping Hub Our products are shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States or China, depending on the supplier and product type.
Order Processing Time Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. This may be extended during busy periods.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent by email when the order is shipped. It may take 24-48 hours for it to become active.
Customs and Import Duties Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary from country to country and cannot be controlled by us.
Damaged or Lost Shipment Check the package upon delivery. Report damaged or lost items with photos within 7 days. Free re-shipment will be provided if necessary.
Delivery Failure For orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the re-shipment fee is the customer's responsibility.
